"I work shift work, with on-call, in a law enforcement capacity. Initially I thought I had a good handle on my sleep, and was hesitant to participate in the program. However, after starting the program, I realized there was so much I didn't know that I could be doing to not only improve my sleep, but also the overall quality of day to day life.
Additionally, I was able to catch and change habits early and I was taught many tools to proactively maintain good sleep hygiene and overall health, as well as ways to recognize when things are changing and should be addressed. I truly believe this program will not only help people get back their sleep, but find ways to monitor and prevent future issues. I would highly recommend this to anyone struggling with their sleep, or looking for proactive preventative care given the lifetime access to the tools."
