"I signed up for the HALEO program with the goal of improving my sleep. I only slept sometimes 3 or 4 hours a night, which affected my energy level during the day. I woke up too early and couldn't go back to sleep. I learned how to form a stable routine from lying down and getting up. For this program, it is necessary to have the time and motivation to put into place the recommendations. But the reward at the end of being able to sleep many more hours regularly has been worth it. I understood that it would not be possible for my sleep to be perfect every night considering all the factors that can affect it. I learned to let go of the need to sleep well at all costs every night and learned strategies to go back to sleep. I highly recommend it, everyone benefits from being able to establish a healthier routine of sleep."
