Professional journey
Nathaniel’s path began when he graduated in 2004 from Concordia University. He started his career at Standard Life, where for 12 years he held many positions, ranging from a call center agent to leading multiple operational teams. During that time, he acquired an Executive MBA at Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow Scotland. He then moved to Morneau Shepell/LifeWorks, where he had various roles, finally that of VP enterprise applications & analytics, leading a team of 80 people. He then joined HALEO once Morneau Shepell/LifeWorks was acquired by TELUS Health.
Leader
As an executive at HALEO, Nathaniel oversees the technological roadmap of the product, making the decisions to manage the necessary resources to support users in their usage of the product on their journey towards improved sleep. He also leads the operational teams to deliver the clinical experience. In addition, in cooperation with the CEO and the leadership team, he takes strategic decisions to drive engagement with the product, find new users who can benefit from the product and lead the operations to deliver an experience that is supportive and predictable.
