"Before starting sleep therapy, I was experiencing anxiety when it was time to go to bed because I constantly had in mind that I would not sleep well. I had constant pressure to sleep well and sleep as long as possible so as not to be tired the next day. I rated my night's sleep at 4 out of 10. By doing the therapy, I learned to consolidate my hours of sleep in order to make my sleep deeper, which also reduced my nocturnal awakenings. I now rate my nights sleep 9 out of 10 and my sleep anxiety is completely gone."
