Expert

Dr. Taís Araújo is a psychologist and clinical researcher with 18 years’ experience. She specializes in sleep and its disorders, taking into account socio-psycho-cultural aspects. She completed her studies in psychology in Brazil, then pursued a doctorate and two post-doctorates in sleep at Université Laval, where she played a key role in the creation of the Sleep Disorders Intervention Unit at the School of Psychology. Dr. Araújo is recognized for her ability to effectively assess and treat sleep disorders, and to advance clinical research in this field.

Her ability to tailor her interventions to the unique needs of each individual is one of her greatest strengths.
