Dr. Taís Araújo is a psychologist and clinical researcher with 18 years’ experience. She specializes in sleep and its disorders, taking into account socio-psycho-cultural aspects. She completed her studies in psychology in Brazil, then pursued a doctorate and two post-doctorates in sleep at Université Laval, where she played a key role in the creation of the Sleep Disorders Intervention Unit at the School of Psychology. Dr. Araújo is recognized for her ability to effectively assess and treat sleep disorders, and to advance clinical research in this field.
Known for her empathy and understanding of her patients, Dr. Araújo puts their well-being first. Her ability to tailor her interventions to the unique needs of each individual is one of her greatest strengths. These qualities also enable her to excel in her work with our therapists, as well as contributing to HALEO’s reputation.
As clinical director, Dr. Araújo ensures the satisfaction, ongoing training and retention of our therapists, by knowing each of them and collaborating with transparency. She manages an entire team and excels in her collaboration with her many professional colleagues and researchers, enabling her to advance knowledge in the field of sleep disorders.
