Valérie began her professional life as a teacher. Already, she had a desire to help people. Her passion for new technologies, which led her after 7 years of teaching high school English to translation, editing and, finally, AI, opened the door to the business world, where she found a new profession in customer success. With extensive teaching experience and equipped with 8 years in the corporate world, she joined HALEO to rediscover that original desire to have a human impact and help people in their pursuit of well-being.
In addition to her desire to help people, Valérie also seeks to teach them new things, knowledge that will benefit them in their everyday lives. This is precisely what led her to join the customer success field: she can use her teaching experience to explain HALEO, easily bridging the gap between the business and the human behind the screen.
Collaboration is an important value at HALEO, and Valérie is no exception. In fact, she is even one of the reasons for the company’s teamwork success: ever since she took up her post over 2 years ago, she has worked to improve team relations and work dynamics. Better communication now enables her to flourish in a team that’s more unified than ever.

As customer success director, Valérie’s job is also to ensure the best possible contact with organizations, particularly HALEO’s corporate customers and partnerships.
