With the first time change of 2025 due to take place during the night of March 8 to 9, it's only natural to wonder about our own sleep. Indeed, since the clocks will be set forward one hour, this will mean one less hour of sleep for many people. But don't worry, there are plenty of tricks we can use to mitigate the impact of the time change on our biological clock.

Her many tips range from sleep hygiene to more limited actions such as shifting your sleep schedule by 15 minutes a few days before the time change. These are all actions that are easy to implement and will help your biological clock adapt to the new time.
