During the night of March 8 to 9, from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m. in Quebec, we'll have to set our clocks ahead by one hour. What does this mean for us? One hour less sleep, and more fatigue during the day for a few days after the time change. To prepare the public for this problem, many media outlets have been interested in the opinions and advice of HALEO's sleep specialists.

You can read HALEO psychotherapist Emily Paris's advice in The Hamilton Spectator, an English newspaper based in Ontario: “This time of year, because we’re losing an hour of sleep, it really can have an impact on individuals, especially those who are sleep deprived.”

So she shares 5 tips for better sleep, from sleep hygiene to more specialized advice for this first time change of the year. If you have more specific sleep-related questions, feel free to fill out our online questionnaire or contact our team.
