Sleep is a major concern for everyone. I mean, it takes up all our nights. Or at least, that's what we want, isn't it?

Until recently, that's what Chantal Tellier of Magazine Véro wanted. Haunted by tumultuous nights and unable to sleep without medication, she turned to HALEO, preferring to try everything rather than remain the insomniac she was. And now?

After six weeks, meeting once a week with a HALEO therapist, she now sleeps much better at night. As well as advising her on her lifestyle habits and introducing her to a number of mental exercises and techniques to help her sleep better, the HALEO therapist also helped her reduce the weight her nightmares were putting on her shoulders.
