The first time change of 2025 is already upon us. On the night of March 8 to 9, clocks will have to go forward by one hour. And, as is the case every year, the question of abolishing the time change is back in the spotlight.
To mark the occasion, Dr. Maude Bouchard, neuropsychologist and Director of Research and Development at HALEO, talks to CIME 103.9 - 101.3. Her objective? To inform people about the impact of the time change and explain the benefits of abolishing it. She also shares 5 tips for getting a better night's sleep, despite the disruption to our circadian cycles caused by the loss of an hour's sleep.
