Every year, twice a year, we have to change the time on our clocks. This will happen again on the night of November 2 to 3. This year, however, many people are calling for an end to this process. The aim would be to keep the same time all year round.
Dr. Maude Bouchard, neuropsychologist and Director of Sleep Research and Development at HALEO, appeared on Radio-Canada to address the issue. In her opinion, abolishing the time change would lead to better sleep and greater respect for the human body's biological clock, among other things.
