It's what everyone's been talking about for the past few days: the time change. It will take place during the night of November 2 to 3, and perhaps for the last time in Quebec. To hear the opinion of an expert in the field of sleep and scientific research, Radio-Canada calls on Dr. Maude Bouchard, neuropsychologist and Director of Sleep Research and Development at HALEO.
In this interview, in addition to discussing the consequences of the time change, Dr. Bouchard shares advice on how to sleep better and improve sleep quality. She also outlines the remedies available to treat certain sleep disorders, should they arise.
