Our programs are tailored to the needs of law enforcement

Our programs help address the unique sleep challenges faced by Police Officers. Programs include education on the importance of sleep, stress management techniques, and sleep hygiene practices. They also include evidence-based treatments like cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), delivered by an expert sleep clinician.

After completing our program, Police Officers will experience an improvement in their sleep quality, leading to better physical and mental health, enhanced job performance, and increased overall wellbeing.

Poor sleep can put
your Officers at risk

Have you noticed that some Officers are experiencing low moods and a lack of motivation? Are you concerned that this is impacting their decision-making process? The daily stress your Officers are experiencing can manifest itself as both obvious and hidden tendencies. Lack of sleep is one of the primary but elusive causes of performance problems faced by law enforcement.

Often, Officers may be reluctant to discuss stress-related issues. But, when it disrupts their duties, it can have a significant impact on everyone in the department, from their superior to their peers.

HALEO recognizes that there’s a direct correlation between poor sleep and the impacts that anxiety, depression and injuries have on Officers. We have a proven solution to restore resiliency and reduce work-related risks and at-home tensions.
